When will you ship my order?

Shipping is workload dependent. Typically, we will ship your order within 48 hours of your order submission. Please keep in mind that all orders placed online after 8:00 am MT are received the following business day. If you order contains frozen or refrigerated items your order will ship on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. This will prevent your items from thawing out over the weekend. If you have an urgent need or a required "ship to arrive by" date, please call in your order.

How much will my shipping cost?

Shipping costs are based on order weight. The shopping cart will calculate the order weight, shipping method (whether by Ground, 3-day, 2nd-day, or Next-day), your zip code, and our zip code, and then compute the shipping costs based on our FedEx contracted rates.

We ship our products all over the world. If you live outside the Continental United States, please call or e-mail us for the most competitive shipping rates. Please check whether your country has specific import requirements or restrictions prior to placing your order.

Veterinary Certificate

For those customers who need a special importation document for their fish, you can now pay for this item online. The cost through Brine Shrimp Direct is US $60.00.

Note: a veterinary certificate is only required in a certain limited number of countries. If you are not sure, please check with your local customs office.
