Product Limited Warranty

Our Product Limited Warranty To Our Customers

We completely believe in the goods we sell, and we are proud to offer a "no questions asked" Limited Warranty on all the products we offer. We want people to be more than satisfied with Brine Shrimp Direct.

 

We warrant, for 90 days after you receive our product, that such product will be of good and like quality to similar product available in the marketplace and will pass without objection in the industry (the "Limited Warranty"). Our Limited Warranty does not cover product that is not stored in accordance with our instructions (see storage instructions below).

 

Many of our products are perishable, and we simply ask that you follow the recommended storage and usage guidelines outlined below. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 90 days of your purchase date, and we will, at our election, either (i) replace your product, (ii) provide you with a credit toward your next purchase, or (iii) refund your purchase price. Exclusive Remedy; Exclusion of Implied Warranties

 

The Limited Warranty is our exclusive product warranty and is not in addition to any other remedies provided by law or equity. Our sole liability under the Limited Warranty is to either (i) replace your product, (ii) provide you with a credit toward your next purchase, or (iii) refund your purchase price. All other implied warranties including the warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed.

 

Limitation of Remedies

 

In no event will seller or any of its affiliates or representatives be liable to any customer or third party for consequential, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or enhanced damages, lost profits or revenues or diminution in value arising out of, or relating to, and/or in connection with customer's purchase of seller's products regardless of (a) whether such damages were foreseeable, (b) whether or not customer was advised of the possibility os such damages, and (c) the legal or equitable theory (contract, tort or otherwise) upon which the claim is based. These limitation of liability provisions shall apply even if the customer's remedies fail of their essential purpose.

 

Product Guidelines

Brine Shrimp Eggs

We offer brine shrimp eggs in a variety of hatch-out grades. If you are obtaining a hatch-out that is less than what you paid for, contact us pursuant to our Limited Warranty, and we will gladly replace your brine shrimp eggs.

Storage: In order to maintain the proper hatch-out rate, all brine shrimp eggs need to be stored at or below 40°F (the refrigerator is a great place). This applies to both opened and unopened packages of brine shrimp eggs. Packages also need to be resealed tightly to prevent moisture from entering.

Algae Paste

All four types of algae paste (Tetraselmis, Nannochloropsis, Isochrysis, and Tahitian Blend) are covered by our Limited Warranty.

Storage: Nannochloropsis and Tetraselmis Algae paste needs to be kept frozen.

Frozen Products

Our Frozen Products are covered by our Limited Warranty.

Storage: Freezer.

Dry Foods

All dry foods, including Flakes, Golden Pearls, Decapsulated Eggs, Koi Pellets, Bloodworms, Freeze-dried Krill, and our assorted additives are covered by our Limited Warranty.

Storage: Dry foods need to be kept in a cool, dry environment and out of direct sunlight.

Other

All other products not identified above are covered by our Limited Warranty.
