Red Phaffia Yeast

Phaffia yeast is a natural source of astaxanthin and other carotenoids used to increase the pigmentation levels in aquatic feeds.  Phaffia contains approximately 1% astaxanthin.

Suggested inclusion rate in DIY diets: 1 - 2% (1 - 3 tsp. per pound of food).

Proximate Analysis: Protein, minimum 16%; Fat, minimum 35%, Ash, 1%; Carbohydrate, maximum 40%.
