We completely believe in the goods we sell, and we are proud to offer a "no questions asked" guarantee on all the products we offer. We want people to be more than satisfied with Brine Shrimp Direct.
Many of our products are perishable, and we simply ask that you follow the recommended storage and usage guidelines outlined below. And if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 90 days of your purchase date, and we will either replace it, give you a credit, or give you a refund "no questions asked"!
Brine Shrimp Eggs
All brine shrimp eggs we sell have a full 90-day guarantee. We offer brine shrimp eggs in a variety of hatch-out grades. If you are obtaining a hatch-out that is less than what you paid for, contact us and we will gladly replace your brine shrimp eggs.
Storage: In order to maintain the proper hatch-out rate, all brine shrimp eggs need to be stored at or below 40°F (the refrigerator is a great place). This applies to both opened and unopened packages of brine shrimp eggs. Packages also need to be resealed tightly to prevent moisture from entering.
All four types of algae paste (Tetraselmis, Nannochloropsis, Isochrysis, and Tahitian Blend) also have a full 90-day, no-questions-asked guarantee.
Storage: Nannochloropsis and Tetraselmis Algae paste needs to be kept frozen.
Frozen Brine Shrimp
Even our Frozen Brine Shrimp contains a full 90-day "no questions asked" guarantee.
All dry foods, including Flakes, Golden Pearls, Decapsulated Eggs, Koi Pellets, Bloodworms, Freeze-dried Krill, and our assorted additives also contain our full 90-day "no questions asked" guarantee.
Storage: Dry foods need to be kept in a cool, dry environment.
All other products not identified above are guaranteed with a full 90-day "no questions asked" policy.
